Terms and Conditions
- Ezemonitoring Limited (registered number 6758591) is a subsidiary of Nationwide Energy UK Limited (registered number 4277357). By using Ezemonitoring Ltd you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Your agreement with Ezemonitoring Ltd shall only be effective from the date that you receive acceptance and registration from Ezemonitoring Ltd, and all monies due are fully paid. You may terminate this agreement at the end of the contract period by giving Ezemonitoring Ltd 30 days written notice, but you agree you are responsible for all charges incurred up until the point of termination including the cost of returning any equipment installed by Ezemonitoring Ltd.
- Ezemonitoring Ltd will bill you for services in accordance with relevant terms, tariffs, rules and charges, applying at the time the services are used. Ezemonitoring Ltd may select and at any time, change any equipment used in the delivery of the service. You authorise Ezemonitoring Ltd to give all notices, nominations and other authorisations necessary for Ezemonitoring Ltd to provide services to you.
- Ezemonitoring Ltd agrees that all information provided by you is solely for the purpose of providing a service to you. This sometimes involves a third party e.g. survey agencies and utility suppliers. You agree that Ezemonitoring Ltd can disclose information it holds to these other companies if it is relevant to the provision of a utilities monitoring service to you. You are welcome to review and update this information if you wish. You undertake to provide regular readings from the metering equipment installed at your site(s) and pricing data from your utilities invoices. Ezemonitoring Ltd undertakes to provide you with reports based on the data supplied by you.
- You agree that Ezemonitoring Ltd will not be liable to you or any person claiming through you for any loss of data, income, profit, revenue, business contracts or any consequential, indirect or economic loss whatsoever, whether caused by Ezemonitoring Ltd or its agents.
- Ezemonitoring Ltd shall not be liable to you if it is prevented, hindered or delayed from providing the services through failure to provide meter readings as agreed.
- Ezemonitoring Ltd shall not be liable to you if it is prevented, hindered or delayed from providing the services by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control including the act or default of any third party on whom Ezemonitoring Ltd is reliant to provide the services.
- Ezemonitoring Ltd will endeavor to connect you to our service within the suggested timeframe but does not warrant that connection will be made within this timeframe.
- You agree that Ezemonitoring Ltd records are conclusive evidence of your use of the services and the charges payable.
- Any notice under this contract may be given to you by post, personal service, or e-mail address you have given us to correspond with you. You must give notices to us by post to Ezmonitoring Ltd, 32A Market Street, Abergele, LL22 7AA
- The laws of England and Wales apply to this contract.
Privacy Policy
- Personal information kept on our system is accessible by you and ourselves only and is password protected.
- All personal information is visible on your meter monitoring site front page and can be edited and corrected by clicking on the link “Change Account Details”
- No personal information is made available by us to any other parties without express authorisation and instruction from you. In this event you will be required to provide a signed authorisation.
- We do not keep any financial, payment, bank account or card payment information either electronically or in hard copy. Payment information is used by our payment agencies who are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
Cancellation Policy
- You have the right to cancel your purchase of our monitoring service within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- You must telephone our accounts department on 01745 824444 within 7 days of purchase to obtain a cancellation reference then submit written confirmation of your cancellation request in writing to

Your cancellation letter must display the cancellation reference, your supplied Login ID and PIN and be signed and dated.
Cancellation is subject to an Administration Charge of 15% to cover labour, transaction costs and postage.
Cancellation payments will normally be posted within 10 working days of receipt of letter
Refunds Policy
- Refunds only apply when a client is no longer occupying the contracted site.
- Refunds will be calculated for the period from first notification or the date of leaving, whichever is the later, to contract end date.
- Documentary proof of leaving the site will be required, this may be in the form of a copy of the lease surrender document or sale confirmation.
- Only whole months will be used to calculate the refund amount at a rate of 1 twelfth of the original contract cost.
- The Refund amount will be reduced by an Administration Charge of 15% of the original cost to determine the repayment due. The Administration Charge is deducted to cover labour, transaction costs and postage.
- To request a refund you must telephone our accounts department on 01745 824444 to obtain a refund reference then submit written confirmation of your refund request in writing to

Your letter must display the refund reference, your supplied Login ID and PIN and be signed and dated. Documentary proof of leaving must accompany your letter and you must specify a forwarding address to which your refund cheque will be posted.
