ezemonitoring specializes in analysis and monitoring of utility bills and meters for commercial clients. We are not a new company we have been in the energy business for over 12 years. We provide cost effective monitoring and bill analysis services and are currently servicing thousands of clients all over the UK. We estimate most commercial meters are being overbilled by approx 20% and this doesn’t take into account overbilling due to incorrect estimated readings and faulty meters. So in most cases our service not only pays for itself but saves the client a lot of money. The Times newspaper reported the problem to be costing UK businesses around £2bn per year. Our services solve incorrect estimated readings, under & over billing we negotiate better rates and secure refunds on our client’s behalf. Our automated service accepts readings from the client and then processes and sends readings direct to the energy company. This information can be viewed online by the client using our website. We also provide telephone support and give our clients the best advice and service. |

| How it works | ||
Firstly you need to sign up and select a monitoring package (you can signup by clicking here). Once this process is complete you will have to print a client authorization (available when you sign in or by clicking here). Sign and return the authorization letter to us by fax, email, or post. The authorization this gives us the authority to contact your suppliers and deal with incorrect billing and billing problems on you behalf. Once we get the authorization we are ready to fully analyze your bills and work on correcting the mistakes. We may require more bills going back over a larger period for full analysis if you have been encountering ongoing billing problems. Our billing analysis is in depth and can rectify many billing problems we also determine if you are paying too much for your energy, we are not brokers so you can be assured we will be working entirely on you behalf and we will only advise switching supplier if it’s viable and will not incur any hidden costs. To make sure your future bills are correct all you need to do is enter meter readings (either every week or an end of month reading) into the ezemonitoring website and we will calculate what you should be billed and inform you suppliers of your readings, it’s as simple as that. |

| I don't have a problem with my billing | ||
The odds are this is not true! Bills cannot be correct as suppliers use estimated readings, it’s impossible to get your bill correct by guessing! Even the newly introduced smart meters we have found to introduce new problems that end up in overcharging situations. The estimated bill will always be under or overcharging. Energy suppliers will not tell you if you are paying too much for the units of energy you are using, and the way to resolve this with your supplier is not always an easy one. | My bills are really low, so I'm not worried | ||
Under billing is a ticking time bomb, and it's only a matter of time before the energy suppliers realize there is an error and send a bill to correct the undercharge. If this happens the supplier will ask you to pay immediately, if you fail to pay immediately the energy supplier can trap you with excessive pricing, a costly situation you may not be able tot resolve and can lead to disconnection of your supply.
